Not sure where to start with your website?
Many owners know something is off, but not what. The phone rings less than it should. A customer mentions they could not tell what you do from your site. A competitor with a weaker service gets the call. Before you pay for a new site, a logo or an ad, it helps to see your business the way a stranger sees it.
That is what a free website demo is for. It is a short, no-pressure look at your business, made for you, before you spend anything.
We start with your website. Then we improve your business one step at a time, and you choose every step. The demo is step zero.
A free website consultation, in three steps
- You send a request. Use the form on this page, or call 617-991-9912. Our AI assistant answers and passes your request to the team, which is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Tell us your business name and what you do.
- A short call. We ask about your customers, your services, the area you serve and what you want to change. It is a conversation, not a sales presentation.
- We make your demo. Timeline: 30-minute call; demo shared within 3 business days. We show you what we found, and you decide what, if anything, to do next.
What a website demo for your business shows
The scope is the same for every business, so you know what you are asking for.
- How customers and AI assistants see you today. What a stranger finds when they search for your service, open your site or profile, and what an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Google’s AI features can read about you. Nobody controls what those assistants say, and we do not promise placement. We show you what they can find and what is missing.
- One positioning idea. A single, plain sentence about why a customer should pick you over the next business, based on facts you can check. Not a slogan.
- 3-4 competitors side by side. The businesses your customers compare you with: what they say, what they offer, what they leave out, next to you.
That is all. It is a demo, not a finished website, and it is not a full audit. If you want a deeper, written review, that is a separate paid step: our “How customers see you” check, from $395.
What makes this different, in checkable facts
- It is free and has no obligation. Price: Free.
- It is made for your business. The competitors, the positioning idea and the findings come from your market, not from a template.
- The scope is written down. It is the list on this page: your view from a customer’s side, one positioning idea, 3-4 competitors side by side.
- One named person leads it. You talk to the same person from the first call.
- Next steps are optional and in writing. If a next step makes sense, we send a written scope, price and timeline.
- We are straight about fit. If a cheap website builder is enough for you, we say so. See our comparison of Wix, Squarespace and WordPress.
What it costs and what is not included
Price: Free. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
A demo does not include a finished website, copywriting for your pages, design files, or changes to your Google Business Profile. If you later buy a paid step, these are not included in any of our prices: domain and hosting, new photography, third-party software subscriptions (billed at cost), SMS carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and message fees, and AI usage above the plan allowance. We list prices on pricing.
Who the free demo is for, and who it is not for
It is for owners of local service businesses (clinics, salons, home services, law firms, gyms and similar) who are deciding where to start. It suits you if you have no site, a site you do not trust, or a site that gets visits and few calls.
It is probably not for you if you only want a quote for a specific technical project, such as a large online store or a custom application. Tell us on the first call and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
It is also not a way to get free design work. The demo shows you what we see and what we would suggest. It does not hand you a site to build elsewhere.
Ideas to read before the call
If you want to prepare, two short guides help you think about the part we will discuss most: what makes you different.
- Unique selling proposition examples: how to write one sentence a customer can check.
- How to differentiate your business: reply speed, booking ease, promises you can keep, reviews and specialization.
How to start
Fill in the request form on this page, or call 617-991-9912. We will tell you honestly which next step fits, if any, before you commit to anything. If you already know you need a site, go straight to web design in Boston.
