A website is not finished when it launches
Plugins and software need updates. Forms break. A booking link changes. A phone number is wrong on one page. A site that nobody looks at for a year drifts from the business, and the first sign is usually a missed lead.
Website maintenance services solve this by making someone responsible. Magnet Mint is a Boston studio, and our care plans cover the site we built and the tools connected to it. Every launch includes 30 days of help and fixes within the agreed scope. After that, you edit the site yourself, ask us for changes, or choose a monthly plan. Each add-on is optional.
The three care plans
Pick the one that matches how much change you expect. All three are billed monthly.
Support, $149/month. Uptime and form checks, updates and backups, care of connected tools, and up to 1 hour of changes. For a site that mostly needs to keep working.
Improve, $299/month. Everything in Support, plus up to 3 hours of improvements by agreed priority and a monthly summary of what we did. For a site that you want to get better, a little at a time.
Grow, $499/month. Everything in Improve, plus up to 5 hours, a results review and a monthly call. For a business that wants regular decisions about what to change next.
What “care of connected tools” means
A site rarely stands alone. Over time it connects to a booking tool, a CRM, a review request, an AI assistant or an automation. The Support plan includes checking that those connections still work, so a form that stops sending leads is found by us, not by a customer.
How the hours are used
Hours are for changes: new text, a new page, a fix, a small improvement to a connected tool. Checks, updates and backups are not counted against them.
- You send a request through the support page, or bring it to the monthly call on Grow.
- We agree the priority. On Improve and Grow, we set an order by what helps your business most.
- We do the work and tell you. The monthly summary on Improve and Grow lists what was done.
- You approve what is customer-facing. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Existing clients send requests through the client support link we send at launch.
What it costs compared with the market
We publish our prices so you can check them. For context, here is what other companies list.
| Plan | Magnet Mint | Websults (US agency, one WordPress site) |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | Support $149/month, up to 1 hour | Basic Care $99 a month, 30 minutes |
| Middle | Improve $299/month, up to 3 hours | Standard Care $199 a month, 1 hour |
| Upper | Grow $499/month, up to 5 hours | Premium Care $349 a month, 3 hours |
Websults’ prices are from its pricing page, checked October 2026. Its plans cover one WordPress site. WebFX, another large US agency, puts website maintenance at roughly $5 to $5,000 a month overall, depending on the size of the site and the support needed. Both are companies that sell maintenance, so use the figures as a range, not a rule.
Our hours are not like for like with theirs, so compare what is in each plan and what is left out. Ask any provider what happens when you use more hours than the plan includes.
Prices are as of October 2026. Not included in any price: domain and hosting, new photography, third-party software subscriptions (billed at cost), SMS carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and message fees, and AI usage above the plan allowance.
What makes this different, in checkable facts
- Terms in writing. Plan, hours and price are agreed before the plan starts.
- Three plans with the hours in the name of the plan. You know what you buy.
- Connected tools are included in the care, not just the site.
- A monthly summary on Improve and Grow and a monthly call on Grow.
- Requests go through one support page, so nothing is lost in an inbox.
- One named person leads your project.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
This is for owners of sites we built, who would rather have updates, backups and checks handled than do them. It also suits businesses whose site is connected to booking, a CRM, an assistant or automations.
It is not for you if you enjoy maintaining the site yourself and have the time. A builder such as Wix or Squarespace handles updates for you, and may be enough for a simple site. See Wix vs Squarespace vs WordPress to compare.
How to start
If we built your site, your plan can start when the first 30 days end. Call 617-991-9912 (our AI assistant answers and passes your request to the team) and tell us which plan you want. If you do not have a site yet, ask for a free demo: 30-minute call; demo shared within 3 business days.
