Where do I start?
With a free demo: a short call, then a demo for your business showing how customers and AI assistants see you today, one positioning idea, and 3-4 competitors side by side. It is free with no obligation. Details: free demo.
Do I have to buy every step?
No. Each step is a separate purchase and you choose every one, so you can stop after the website or never buy an add-on. See how we work.
How much does a website cost?
A landing page is from $1,200 and a 5-8 page service website is from $3,500. Domain, hosting and third-party software are billed separately. See website pricing.
What is not included in your prices?
Domain and hosting, new photography, third-party software subscriptions (billed at cost), SMS carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and message fees, and AI usage above the plan allowance. We tell you each cost before you commit. See all prices.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes 2-3 weeks and a 5-8 page site 4-6 weeks, depending partly on how fast you approve copy and design. The timeline is written into the scope before work starts. See web design.
Can you make ChatGPT or Google recommend my business?
No, and nobody can promise that. We make your services, prices, service area and proof clear and consistent, and we measure what AI answers say about you before and after. See AI search optimization.
How do I find out what customers and AI assistants see today?
Our customer check looks at your website, maps profiles, reply speed and what AI answers say about you. The standard check is from $395. See how customers see you.
What does an AI assistant do for my business?
It answers calls, website chat and texts from answers you approve, takes messages, and hands complex questions to your team with a lead summary. Setup is from $900. See the AI assistant.
Does the AI tell callers it is an AI?
Yes, it says it is an AI assistant, and callers can reach a person or leave a message. Call recording needs consent in some states, including Massachusetts (all-party consent), and this is not legal advice. See the AI receptionist.
Can the AI answer calls at night and on weekends?
Yes. The assistant answers after hours, says it is an AI assistant, takes the caller's request and sends your team a summary. Phone answering is from $299/month (about 300 minutes), plus setup (from $900). See after-hours and 24/7 answering.
Can the AI call or text new leads back?
Yes, with the person's consent. Outbound AI calls need prior express consent (FCC ruling, February 2024), marketing calls need prior express written consent, and texts need consent and STOP handling. AI calling: setup from $900, then from $299/month (about 300 minutes). Text follow-up: from $99/month, after a one-time setup (from $500). This is not legal advice. See AI lead follow-up.
Can you set up online booking with the software I already use?
Usually yes. We connect tools such as Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, Vagaro or Jobber, or help you choose one. Booking setup is from $600. See online booking.
What can be automated?
Common tasks are sending new leads to your CRM, logging bookings in a sheet, and sending the right message at the right time, using tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make. We scope one task at a time. See automation.
What happens after launch?
The first 30 days after launch include help and fixes within the agreed scope. After that you can keep the site yourself or choose a monthly plan from $149/month. See website support.
Can your assistant text my customers, and is that allowed?
Texts need the customer's consent (TCPA), and business texting numbers need carrier registration (A2P 10DLC). We set up opt-in and STOP handling. This is not legal advice. See SMS and messenger replies.
Is it safe to use an AI assistant at a medical or dental office?
Under HIPAA, even a patient's name tied to an appointment request is protected health information, so it only goes through tools whose vendors sign a business associate agreement, and that means every vendor in the chain. Without those agreements, the assistant gives general answers such as hours, services and insurance accepted, and sends patients to your booking system or front desk. Veterinary clinics are not covered by HIPAA. This is not legal advice. See AI for clinics.
Do you work with businesses outside Boston?
Yes. Magnet Mint is based in Boston and works with clients in Boston, Greater Boston and across the US by phone, video and screen share. See about Magnet Mint.
